*Please note, Dr. Salcedo does not accept insurance, and services are Cash-Based. However an insurance Superbill will be gladly provided upon request.
Due to medical licensing regulations, Dr. Salcedo’s metabolic gynecology Telehealth consultations are limited to patients located in Florida and California, USA during the time of visit.
1). $499-New Patient Telehealth Visit (55 minutes) *
Comprehensive history and review of medical problem.
Clinical assessment, including extensive review of inflammatory factors involving sleep, work/life balance, vitamins, lifestyle factors, body type, diet, and other external factors specific to womanhood.
Evaluation/ordering laboratory analysis and review of any pathology reports.
Review of imaging, if any.
Discussion of diagnoses and expected treatment plan.
Diagnosis-specific treatment plan including educational materials, nutritional supplements, lifestyle changes, medication therapies (if recommended) and nutritional and diet strategies.
2). $249-Follow-up Visit (25 minutes, if needed) *
Review of progress since last visit.
Review of laboratory values and imaging.
Adjustments of treatment planning.
Addition of any supplemental educational materials.
At the present moment, my Telehealth practice is limited to Monday mornings, with appointment slots at 8:15, 9:15, 10:15 and 11:15AM. I hope to add more days in the future.
